The Poco M4 Pro is available in two variants with different memory sizes.

Variant 1 of the Poco M4 Pro has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage memory (€ 220), variant 2 comes with 6GB/128GB of memory. Given the limited price difference of thirty euros, we recommend the latter, because it is faster and more future-proof.
Poco is a brand associated with Xiaomi and uses its MIUI software shell over Android 11. You can count on two Android version updates (12 and 13) and three years of security updates. That’s neat.
The smartphone itself leaves a mostly good impression. The large 6.6-inch LCD screen shows a sharp full-HD resolution and a higher refresh rate of 90Hz and the smartphone is nice and fast. The device also has a long battery life of two days and there is a fast 33 watt charger in the box. However, the plastic housing does feel cheap and the cameras on the back are disappointing in quality. They are good enough to take a photo that you share via WhatsApp.
