Review Tide: mental health support

This app offers several options. This is how it helps with falling asleep. The makers have built in a collection of sounds that make it easier to fall asleep. The other way around is also possible: at Tide we also find a set of alarm sounds to wake you up. The second pillar on which Tide is based is meditation assistance. Various meditation sessions are offered for this purpose. Nice is that you are not forced to select long sessions: in the section Minis we find compact sessions that allow you to relax.

Tide uses the Pomodoro technique for concentration support. It assumes that you work in different sprints and take a break at set times. To keep you going for longer periods of time, the app can display changing (inspiring) sayings on the lock screen. By the way, on the Tide website you get a good impression of the content that the makers offer. Part of this can also be listened to via the browser. By the way, Tide is not only available for iOS. Android is also supported.
