We love talking about the weather. The makers of WeatherWise know that too. They are releasing an app for Android and Windows, in which weather forecasts are presented in an attractive way. The app is still in full development. The makers keep the community keep up to date with the new features via their Github page.
The meteorological information comes from various sources, such as OpenWeather and AccuWeather. The app uses multiple tabs. On the home page you will find the current information, with data such as humidity, cloud base and wind force and direction. The second tab provides information about the forecast. The last, third tab is intended for saving locations where you often stay, for example. This allows you to retrieve the weather information for those locations in one go.
Compared to other weather apps, the relatively large amount of customization options stands out. For example, you can customize the user interface down to the last detail, with different themes and fonts. You can also customize the icon styles. In the area of reporting, you can customize the units, for example for temperature, wind speed and air pressure.
The Android version has support for widgetsso you can place the most important information in a separate block on the home screen. If you use the app on Android, you can only use all the functionality from version 12.
