Many gaming apps don’t work without internet, but luckily that doesn’t apply to Yatzy – Offline (iOS version without hyphen). Play this popular dice game anytime, anywhere.

In the Dutch menu you choose between two game formats, namely American or regular Yahtzee. You also select Comfortable, Normal or Difficult as a playing level.
The operation is simple. Tap Roll to roll five dice. You can then ‘hold’ a die by pressing it. After a maximum of three throws, enter the score on the form. The app plays the sound of rolling stones during every throw. If you find that annoying, turn off these sound effects in the settings. You don’t have to calculate, because Yatzy – Offline immediately records the correct number of points after each turn. This improves the pace of the game. It is your job to fill in the fields behind the big street, full house and of course yahtzee. Try to earn more points than your computer-controlled opponent.
After each game a fairly long video commercial appears. For a few euros you can hide the advertising. Is your device offline? Then the advertisements will be omitted anyway.
