Samsung may launch wearables and phones on February 27

Samsung has announced that it will host a launch event on February 27 at Mobile World Congress (MWC), an annual tech event. The event is being streamed and we see phones and wearables appearing in a teaser. Will Samsung also launch the Galaxy A53?

Samsung launch at MWC

Just like last year, the presence at the annual Mobile World Congress will be completely virtual, Samsung announced in a press release. The company will stream a launch event on its YouTube channel at 7:00 PM on February 27.

This time we expect more different new products from Samsung compared to last year. In a short teaser video we see a lot of smartphones, a watch and a laptop. “In today’s rapidly evolving world, Samsung is once again redefining the future of how we work and learn,” Samsung wrote in a press release.

Samsung may announce the Galaxy A53, an important midrange phone for the brand, because its predecessors ensured strong sales every year in a row. It seems very plausible to us that Samsung uses the MWC to unveil the phone. The Samsung Galaxy A53 has often been the subject of rumors in recent months and you can read what has already been leaked via the link below.

Galaxy A73 with 108MP camera?

When we talk about the Galaxy A53, the Galaxy A33 and the Galaxy A73 are never far away. If we look at 2021, the phone was launched with the A73, its bigger brother. Last year we were left with the feeling that the Galaxy A72 was a bit snowed in compared to the cheaper A52, but according to rumors Samsung wants to put the A73 in the spotlight by adding a new 108 MP main camera.

It is not yet known what Samsung plans to do in the field of wearables. There may be a successor to its Galaxy FIT 2 fitness tracker that was proposed in the fall of 2020. What do you hope to see from Samsung at Mobile World Congress? Let us know in the comments at the bottom of this article.
