With iOS 14.5, Apple Music has received a nice improvement. From now on, you can share lyrics with your friends at the touch of a button. You do that in a few seconds.
Share Apple Music lyrics
Apple Music gets smarter with every update. The music service of Apple is thus increasingly different from competitors. The new lyrics function is a good example of this. You can use it to share a piece of a song at lightning speed via the iOS share menu.
To send lyrics, the specific song must have available lyrics. If the text icon in the lower left corner of the screen is gray, there are no texts available and you cannot share them.
This way you share your favorite lyrics with Apple Music
- Open Apple Music and choose a song;
- View the song in full screen and press the lyrics button in the lower left corner of the screen;
- Press and hold the text you want to share;
- In the sub-screen, choose the sentences and the person you are sharing it with;
- The lyrics will now be sent.
Depending on the app in which you share the Apple Music lyrics, an audio clip is also included. This is the case, for example, if you send the text via iMessage.
