If you use a Sonos system, you can combine multiple Sonos speakers. This gives you a better stereo experience, but you can also stream the same music to different rooms with a speaker.
What many Sonos users do not know is that the speakers are also equipped with a web interface with which you can check the status of the speakers. This web interface can be useful if you experience problems playing music. The URLs show you information about the status of the Sonos system and allow you to diagnose network problems.
Find the IP address of your Sonos device
To access the web interface you first need the IP address of the player you want to communicate with. You can find this IP address in the Sonos app â–¸ Settings â–¸ System â–¸ About my system. Under the ‘Sonos system information’ section you will see all Sonos devices and their associated IP addresses.

Once you know the IP address of the Sonos device, you can use the URLs below to view additional information about your Sonos system.
Internal Sonos support page
Using the internal support URL you can view the status of the entire Sonos system. This information is available on all Sonos devices within your network because all Sonos devices communicate with each other.
The internal Sonos support page is available at the following URL:
http://<sonos_ipadres>:1400/support/review
Replace
http://192.168.2.115:1400/support/review

The screen shows all Sonos devices in your network. Below you will find a number of submenus that you can view, the options differ per type of Sonos device. If you are familiar with Linux, some options such as ‘/sbin/ifconfig’ and ‘netstat’ will seem familiar. The Sonos players use a Linux distribution as the underlying operating system.
The ‘Zone Player Info’ option gives you detailed technical information about the selected Sonos device.
If you are still using a Sonos controller, you can view the network connectivity between the various devices via the ‘Network Matrix’ option.
In addition to this Support URL, there are a number of other URLs available that you can use.
