With the help of the Agenda app it is possible to place all your appointments and activities in your agenda. That way you will no longer forget an appointment. The display of these agreements is determined by all kinds of factors.
For example, the agreements and activities are automatically sorted on time, period and the importance of your agendas. Naturally, morning appointments are shown at the top, with appointments underneath for the afternoon and evening. We explain how you can sort the agreements in the overview based on importance.
Sort agenda appointments
MacOS, iOS and iPados will automatically sort the appointments in your agenda to three factors.

- Order in the agenda overview
Activities that last all day
Agenda for iPhone, iPad and Mac will automatically place the appointments and activities that last all day at the top in the calendar. That way you immediately know that you are available all day or just occupied.

Start time of appointment
Agreements and activities you can give a start time, based on that it will be sorted in the calendar. This means that agreements that take place in the morning are first displayed with the appointments for the afternoon and evening below.
Order in the agenda overview
Finally, the order in the agenda overview is also used to sort the agreements in the calendar. In the agenda app you can add multiple agendas, think of the birthday calendar, work, private and much more.
As a user, it is important to know that the order of these agendas determines the display of the agreements in the calendar. This keeps when several agreements start at the same time or also last a whole day, the order is then determined by the order in the overview.

- Open agenda on your Mac
- Click on the agenda symbol next to the colored dots
- The navigation column is opened
- Drag the agendas to the desired order

The changes are synchronized with all your devices. Restart the agenda app to see the effect in the calendar.
On an iPhone or iPad it is unfortunately not possible to change the order of the agendas. You can, however, log in to the iCloud website and open the agenda app. You can then change the order online by dragging the agendas to a new place. The changes are synchronized with all your devices.
