everything in the universe actually revolves. is it not possible that the universe originated from a primordial atom that also revolved? as a result of which the universe exploded while spinning and thus revolves. and if so, surely there must be a centrifugal force causing the universe to expand faster than expected?

Answer
The expansion of the universe proceeds in all directions (three-dimensional) in the same way.
Rotation is not spherically symmetric, but occurs around an axis. In the direction of that axis there is no acceleration, at the equator the acceleration is maximum.
There is no center in our universe.
