This way you can send a message with a heart or romantically send your heartbeat. Of course you can also send romantic stickers, emojis, and so on via the different iMessage extensions. Since MacOS Big Sur, these effects and messages can also be shown on a Mac.
Send message with a loving heart
- Write a new message or answer to an existing
- Put your finger on the send button (up arrow up)
- Wait a few moments until the securities screen appears

- Tap the arrow up to send
Forward your heart rate via Digital Touch
- Open a new or existing conversation
- Tap the plus button next to the text field
- Choose ‘more’
- In the overview, search for Digital Touch (heart with two fingers)
Now place two fingers on the black field in the Message Application, your ‘heart rate’ is immediately created in the form of a digital touch message. The duration of the message determines you by keeping your fingers on the screen. As soon as you let go, the Digital Touch message is created and it will be sent immediately.
