The 4 best iOS apps in the App Store from week 30 – 2019

The week is over and that means a fresh app overview is waiting for you! You should not miss out on these new apps, games and updates. The best iOS apps of week 30 can be found here.

The best iOS apps at a glance

The App Store is working overtime every week to process the endless stream of new apps and updates. However, you hardly notice this, because only a small part is worth installing. If your iPhone or iPad could use some new apps, you’ve come to the right place for the best iOS apps.

1. Flighty

Whether you are going on a holiday in the sun for the first time or regularly making business trips; no one wants to hassle with their flight. With that in mind, Flighty has appeared on the App Store. The app lets you add unlimited flights, after which you immediately see how many days a flight is, what the difference in time zone is and more.

You simply add flights by entering the flight number or airport where you depart and choosing the correct date. Flighty then automatically keeps track of all information about your flight, including delays or gate changes, for example.

2. Aumi

Aumi is an app made for and by people on the autistic spectrum. The eighteen-year-old developer with autism was looking for a way to keep track of his energy level, mood and activities. For example, he wants to better map out how much energy certain things cost him and to know what you do or don’t feel like energy or desire.

He created the app Aumi out of that need. You will receive notifications spread over the day, after which you indicate your mood and how energetic you feel. An overview of graphs is then created that you can view in the app and add extra information to. The app maker hopes not only to help people with autism find balance, but also users with anxiety disorders and (impending) burnouts.

3. Don’t Feed the Monkeys

In the game Do Not Feed the Monkeys you don’t have to watch monkeys. You are part of ‘The Primate Observation Club’ in which you continuously monitor all kinds of people via security cameras and webcams.

The rules in the game are official: do not intervene and do not interact with the people. However, the object of the game is to break these rules. While you’re keeping an eye on all “your” people, you make life as miserable or as great as you want them to be. And then it’s watching what happens.

4. Home delivery

The well-known food delivery app has released a small but welcome update. First of all, the menu bar in the Thuisbezorgd app has been renewed. It’s still easy to find your favorite restaurants and order history. In addition, the ordering app now supports Apple Pay. This makes it possible to quickly pay for your pizza or babi pangang using Touch ID or Face ID.
