The new week is just around the corner, but before that, let’s take a look back at the last seven days. The editors of iPhoned have listed the best iOS apps, games and updates from last week.
Last week’s best iOS apps
The Apple App Store is working overtime every week. New apps, updates to existing applications and games appear all the time. You probably don’t notice this much, because most of the programs are not worth downloading. iPhoned therefore separates the wheat from the chaff every Sunday. Here are the best iOS apps, updates, and games from last week.
1. Adobe illustrator
Adobe Illustrator is finally making its appearance as an iOS app. Although there were already apps such as Adobe Fresco and Adobe illustrator Draw, you can only really get started with Illustrator.

Although the software can sometimes be a bit complicated for beginners, the interface is very intuitive. You can also easily share your work with others or send it to your own devices. Especially with an Apple Pencil and iPad you can easily work with Illustrator.
2. Xbox
The official Xbox app has had a complete makeover. The app has been criticized by users for being slow, so an update was welcome. The updated app was already available for Android, but can now also be found in the App Store.

The Xbox app also supports Xbox Remote Play for iOS. That way you can use your iPhone screen for your Xbox games. Handy if you can’t game on the TV for a while.
3. Mario Kart Tour
He was already in our overview last week, because of the added features, but there is more happening in Mario Kart Tour. The Halloween Tour has started this week. The tournament will run through November 4. As always, your goal is to collect stars as you try to get the new cups.
In addition, the tournament allows you to earn a number of gifts, such as new character Larry and new karts. The tournament update also adds a new Tier Shop where you can buy useful items that will give you a head start in the tournaments.
4. Spooky Squashers
Halloween is just around the corner, so it’s time for spooky games too. Spooky Squashers is a retro arcade game. The idea is simple: with a tennis racket you skilfully hit a ball across the room to hit your enemies.
You play as a pumpkin. By aiming the ball just right against the walls, the balls hit the creepy monsters. Meanwhile, these monsters are also coming after you, so agility is very important.
