Don’t be alarmed that your child will go wild with the built-in games with this app and then no longer want to sleep. The world of Miffy is a soothing app, where your child, for example, has to help the bunny bake a cake, garden or wash in the bath. There are also some more creative games to play, such as building a block tower. Miffy can also use help with brushing teeth or selecting clothes. These are all situations that children also experience themselves.
Miffy’s world is clearly more stimulating just before going to sleep than reading a book. What also does not help is that there are many blue elements in the app and blue light from a screen ensures that you stay awake. The app can of course also be used outside bedtime. If you do bring your child to bed with the app, you can always end the activities by also putting Miffy to bed and letting it sleep. This way children know that they have to do that themselves.
