Are the facts, sums and words starting to spin in your head? Then games are an ideal way to relax. Relaxing with these games is easy.
Relax from your studies with games
If you study for a long time, your ability to concentrate quickly deteriorates. Then it can be smart to play a game for a while. With a game you focus your attention on one completely unrelated activity. Then you can get back to work with fresh energy.
1. Stardew Valley
In Stardew Valley, you inherit your grandfather’s farm. The building and the surrounding area are not maintained, so you have to work hard. Meanwhile, you can also build relationships with the people in the nearby village. Stardew Valley is ideal for between your studies because you can pick it up whenever you want and throw yourself into something completely different.
Every time you need a break, your farm is ready. It is nice that you also achieve something by playing. Your farm will become more beautiful and you will get to know the people in the area better and better. Who knows, you might even find love.
2. Alto’s Odyssey
Are you more of the short and powerful play sessions? Then Alto’s Odyssey (and also predecessor Alto’s Adventure) is an excellent option. In this game you try to get as far as possible while sliding on the sand and doing different tricks. Every small mistake means that you end up with your nose in the sand, but then you can easily start a new game. You may now be a little further!
3. Viridi
In this game, your goal is to maintain a small pot of succulents. The plants grow just as fast as in real life. So you have to be patient for it. But the game gives you a place to come back to and find peace every time. Look at your plants, take care of them and possibly plant some new additions.
4. Flower
If you are looking for more interaction in your gardening, Flower is a wonderful game to relax. In flower you guide a stream of petals through a world to bring back color and light. The images, music and beautiful style make you forget about the study for a while.
5. Idle Zen
In Idle Zen you mainly have to watch as the balls fall down in the level. By upgrading the balls and the levels, the levels become more complex, but the focus remains on watching the balls fall down. Wonderful to relax for a while.
6. Neko Atsume: Kitty Collector
Few things are more relaxing than a cat purring on your lap. Don’t have a real cat? Then you can also collect them in the cute game Neko Atsume. Put toys and snacks in your garden and before you know it cats will be passing by. Collect them all! Every time you open the app between studying, the kittens are ready for you.

7. Prune
In Prune, your goal is to grow trees in a world where sunlight is often blocked. The tree can only reach a maximum volume, so you must prune the branches so that parts of the tree eventually rise above the darkness and start growing flowers.
