Recently it is possible to enter multiple destinations in Google Maps to navigate to. In this tip article we show you how to do this exactly.
Google Maps multiple destinations
Google Maps was provided with an update a few days ago that makes it possible to enter stopovers. This means that you can stop at a different destination while navigating without having to reset the app. Handy if you want to stop by the supermarket or a restaurant during a long drive. Follow the steps below to use multiple destinations in Google Maps.
- Open Google Maps on your iPhone and enter a destination in the search bar;
- Press the round button to start navigation. Make sure you choose the right means of transport;
- Then tap the three dots in the blue area and choose ‘Add stopover’;
- Press ‘Done’ to process the stop and continue navigation.
And that was it! Good to know is that you can also change the order of stops. Simply tap and hold a destination, then you can drag it.
If you have not yet installed the latest version of Google Maps (4.21.0), you can still do so via the link below. The app weighs 58MB and works on all devices with iOS 7 or higher.
