Mental health has been given an important role in the Health application. For example, you can record your state of mind in Health and complete questionnaires about depression and anxiety. Mental health is just as important as your physical health.
You can also record your state of mind via the Apple Watch using the Mindfulness app. And if you are open to it, immediately relax with a breathing session or reflection.
Mental health
Mental health is just as important as physical health. Research shows that paying attention to your state of mind can have a positive effect on your emotional awareness and resilience. Since iOS 17, iPadOS 17 and watchOS 10, you can easily record your emotions and daily moods.
