- Open the Settings on your iPhone;
- Scroll down and tap on ‘Phone’;
- Tap ‘Call from other devices’;
- Use the sliders to turn off calling from other devices (such as iPad).
Turn off completely or per device
As you can see, you can turn off calling via iPad and other devices completely by using the top slider. Do you have multiple iPads that go off every time during a phone call and you just want to stop ringing a specific tablet? Then you indicate that in the list below. Here you will see all devices that you have logged in with your account and that you have turned off the calling individually.
To be able to make calls with your iPad, you must be logged in with the same Apple ID on your Apple devices. But to make calling via other devices work, there are still a few things that need to be set up. The devices must also be connected to WiFi. In addition, they must be near your iPhone to make calls.
