In this broad role at the intersection of service, technology and commerce, you will be responsible for technical and service support to Kawasaki dealers within the Benelux.

Your challenge:
† Ensure the efficient coordination, assessment and processing of technical issues, moving yourself between the Kawasaki dealer organization and the internal organization;
† Acting as a product genius as the first back office point of contact for all technical questions and providing technical advice and support to (staff of) dealer organizations;
† Appropriate assessment and processing of submitted warranty and goodwill claims;
† Providing annual dealer training for new model introductions and translating and distributing technical product information;
† Collecting, analyzing and reporting technical market information and continuously informing and updating various data to the dealer network;
† Continuously thinking along and building on the improvement of processes (eg warranty processes, digital maintenance history, etc);
† Keeping a correct administration and updates;
† As an ambassador of Kawasaki, you ensure clear and customer-oriented communication to all parties at all times.

Your success factors:
† A completed MBO education in combination with experience in a technical (aftersales) role within the automotive sector and affinity with motorcycles;
† Naturally a very customer- and service-oriented character and strong coordinating and administrative skills;
† Technical know-how combined with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality;
† Collaborative personality, who dares to take responsibility;
† With your technical commercial approach you can translate customer wishes into solutions;
† Living within reachable distance of Hoofddorp and a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
† A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience in working with AS400 is an advantage.
