One on one or in a group
Video calling with WhatsApp is not difficult. Every contact in WhatsApp has an icon of a video camera that starts the call. And if you want to catch up with a group, start a group conversation. Below you will find explanations for the iPhone and Android smartphones. This function is not included in the web version of WhatsApp.
You always need a working internet connection for video calling. Preferably call via WiFi, otherwise WhatsApp will use the data bundle.
Up to eight people can talk and see each other. Originally, the limit was set at four people, but WhatsApp has expanded this. Make sure you are using the latest version of WhatsApp.
