The new week is just around the corner, but before that, let’s take a look back at the last seven days. The editors of iPhoned has rounded up the best iOS apps, games and updates from last week.
Last week’s 4 best iOS apps
The Apple App Store is working overtime every week. New apps, updates to existing applications and games appear all the time. You probably don’t notice this much, because most of the programs are not worth downloading. iPhoned therefore separate the wheat from the chaff every Sunday. Here are the best iOS apps, updates, and games from last week.
1. Telegram
Chat app Telegram is 7 years old and is celebrating with a highly anticipated feature. As a treat, an app update has been released that allows you to make video calls with Telegram in addition to audio calls. In addition, with the update, Telegram also adds a number of new animated emoji.

You only have to send an emoji as you always do, after which Telegram makes a larger, animated version of it. To video call, simply open the chat of the desired person and tap their name. Then tap ‘video’ below the profile picture, and your video call will start. Want to know more about Telegram? Check out our article with tips to get the most out of the chat app.
2. The Bonfire 2: Uncharted Shores
In The Bonfire 2 you try to build a village just like in the first version. Meanwhile, you have to protect your village by fighting the dark creatures in the night. Unlike its predecessor, the second part is made from a 3D point of view, with all the strategic consequences that entails.
In addition, there are new features that make building the village even more fun. The inhabitants of the village also get more depth, making the survival aspect even more exciting.
3. Order.
order. is different than usual. In this adventure game, a story unfolds purely through text. Often you only get to see one or two words. You decide how the story continues by choosing options.
Gradually you will discover patterns and you can often replay the game by taking a different path. Because the game is as minimalist as possible, it appeals to your imagination. It may be strange at first, but a very interesting new way of playing a game.
4. Monster Dash
Monster Dash is back with a vengeance. The app was removed from the App Store in 2017, but has now returned. In the game you have to jump over obstacles while running and defeat the hordes of enemies with your weapons. The more enemies you defeat, the more beautiful items you can get.
Not only is the game back on the App Store, but it also got a major update. The game has been improved graphically and there are new weapons and outfits to choose from. There are also new mini-games to play.
