Hi Joeri,
as far as I have found, Lugol has no h and p sentences. This means that the product is not labeled as dangerous.
A document that often contains more (nuanced) information than the h and p sentences is the MSDS (material safety data sheet). These are made with every chemical product, and are easy to consult online. You can find that of Lugol here: CLICK
