Practically every week, WhatsApp releases or announces new features, such as better security of voice messages, a secret code for chat lock and not being able to send or receive WhatsApp messages. But there are also plenty of features and tips that you may not know about yet, but that are there. have been like finding unread messages for some time now.
Stickers
With WhatsApp, iPhones have the same function as Android devices when it comes to stickers. You can easily pick out a subject from a photo. Now WhatsApp makes it easier to immediately create a sticker, but for now only for iPhone users. We expect this function will soon also be available for Android devices, which you can of course read on pcactive.nl.
Make your own stickers with text with WhatsApp
First check whether you are running the latest version of WhatsApp. You can check this with Whatsapp in the AppStore; if you don’t need to update the app, you have the latest variant. Then on an iPhone you can find a plus sign next to the sticker option: when you are at your stickers, there is a large blue plus sign on the left in the menu. Tap this and then you can select a photo and crop it to create a sticker. You can then add text, add images and then you can send the sticker. Stickers are a fun way to interact on WhatsApp because they don’t clutter people’s phones like gifs do. You can save stickers, but you have to perform an action yourself. Here’s how you can do that:
1. Get a Sticker:
• When someone sends you a sticker, open the chat conversation.
2. Press and hold the Sticker:
• Press and hold the sticker you want to save. This usually brings up a menu with various options.
3. Select Add to favorites or Save:
• Depending on your device and WhatsApp version, you may see the option Add to favorites or Save. Choose this option.

Use of stickers
Stickers are often used to make a conversation more fun, as is now often done by using the standard headings and emoticons. Think of stickers that show something funny, such as a piece from a film or series with a funny piece of text. An example of this is a photo from a Snipers episode with something the actor says in that scene. But your own photos in which someone makes a funny face are also fun to use as a sticker. That is why the function of being able to quickly drag an object out of a photo is so useful. Stickers are mainly used by young people to add something fun to a conversation.

Be extra fun
WhatsApp is now going one step further by letting you create your own stickers with texts. This way you can give a photo a little more context, often with a thick layer of humor. For example, if someone always says “hilarious” instead of “hilarious”, you can take his or her face from a photo and add that text. You can use this in a fun way during a conversation or to tease the person about it again.
