On the stand of the Cap Blanc Nez in France was this peculiar skeleton. Could someone tell me what animal this is from?

Dear Niels,
this is the pelvis and synsacrum (fused lumbar, sacral and tail vertebrae) of a bird. It is difficult to determine which bird it is exactly.
You look approximately from the left on the top of the whole, the tail is directed to the bottom right corner of the photo.
