  • Open the X website in your browser
  • Log in with your account
  • Click on the three dots to open the menu
  • Select ‘Settings and privacy’
  • Go to ‘Privacy and security’
  • Click on ‘Grok’
  • Stop sharing your data by unchecking the option

In more detail: Uncheck the option ‘Allow your posts and interactions, input and results from Grok to be used for training and fine-tuning’. Optionally also click on ‘Delete conversation history’, however this is only relevant if you have already used the AI ​​chatbot.
