Consulting averages in the weather app
Is the weather better, worse or equal to the average? From now on you can also see that in the weather application for iPhone, iPad and Mac. A new information card with the name ‘averages’ has been added to the app. This is compared again on the basis of earlier meetings. This way you can immediately see how many degrees are warmer or colder than ‘normal’.

By tapping the information card you can view graphs for temperature and precipitation. This is immediately compared to the normal range. You can also consult the averages per month and extra explanation about the figures.
View yesterday again
You will probably find the information about the expected weather more interesting than yesterday’s weather. But you can also view the weather of the last day.
- Open the weather app
- Tap or click on the information card for the current weather
- A detailed view is opened with at the top of the calendar
- Tap or click on the date of yesterday
- View the information about this day

You can adjust the display right above the graphs. You can also request the information about the weather type, temperatures, precipitation, UV index, feeling temperature, visibility, air pressure, wind, etc.
