Gmail: create your signature in 7 steps

Gmail signing

You may have already got into the habit of manually inserting a courtesy phrase, their last name, first name or even telephone number at the end of an email from Gmail.

To facilitate the integration of such an email signature, the dedicated functionality of Google’s famous messaging service is available on Android and iOS devices.

To integrate a signature from a smartphone, all you have to do is:

  • Open the Gmail app.
  • Press the menu represented by three horizontal lines.
  • Press the Settings box.
  • Select the Gmail account associated with the creation of the signature.
  • Tap Mobile signature.
  • Enter the desired text.
  • Press OK.

These various steps were carried out with the help of an Android smartphone but they are also valid with an iPhone.

Changing the Gmail signature is done the same way.
