Today Ziggo is the first in the Netherlands to introduce WiFi warranty. With this, the telecom provider assures customers of stable and fast WiFi in every room of their home. The warranty includes sufficient WiFi amplifiers, 24/7 customer service and a free technician.
From now on, consumers can choose from three new packages at sharper prices, which are tailored to the size of the house and use. That way you as a (future) customer know what you can expect from your wireless network.
WiFi warranty from Ziggo
Internet up to the front door can be delivered at high speeds. However, thick walls, multiple floors and more and more devices can ensure that the Wi -Fi connection does not work well everywhere in the house. That is why the provider now offers WiFi guarantee. With this, Ziggo assured that customers have a stable wifin network.
Depending on the package, customers receive free WiFi amplifiers, 24/7 support via customer service and free mechanic service.
Consumers can choose a suitable package based on the number of square meters of their home and degree of use or the desired speed. If your house has access to the fiber optic cable network from Ziggo you can get download speeds of up to 1 GB per second. The WiFi warranty also applies to Ziggo’s existing customers.
Custom packages
With WiFi warranty, Ziggo responds to the growing need for reliable WiFi. This solution offers customers a stable connection, regardless of the number of devices or the housing layout.
The WiFi packages are available from 3 March 2025 for € 39.50, € 47.50 or € 55.00 per month and the WiFi warranty applies to each package.

Business customers
For business customers, Ziggo also introduces three new packages, ranging from a package for smaller users with a maximum of two free WiFi amplifiers to a package for larger users with up to three free WiFi amplifiers. All these packages fall under the WiFi warranty with, in addition to access to a fixed point of contact at customer service, also access to the free mechanic service.
