Finally, there are some more affordable electric cars for sale, and that prompted us to make an electric theme issue. In number 12 that is in stores today you will find everything you need to know about the latest state of electric driving, highlighted by a trio test with the Skoda Citigo iV-Smart Forfour EQ-MG ZS EV, a Porsche Tayan Turbo S which hits the fastest Tesla Model S and the major EV range test.
For the EV range test we took five electric cars with a wide range according to factory specifications. It became a Tesla Model S Long Range, a Jaguar i-Pace, a Mercedes-Benz EQC, a Hyundai Kona Electric and a Renault Zoe. Cars that have to go 400 kilometers, or almost make it. At least that’s claimed. To find out if they make it, we drove from the editors in Hoofddorp to Maastricht and back, looking where we should load.
