New Mercedes-Benz GLC can be documented extensively

The brand new Mercedes-Benz GLC can be captured more and more extensively on the sensitive plate. Unfortunately, Mercedes still chooses to provide the new SUV with a thick layer of camouflage.

The first image of a camouflaged Mercedes-Benz GLC seeped in at the end of May. In order to shoot those photos, the spy photographer had to squirm and end up in the bushes. Not much later, the new GLC was slightly more visible during a test lap on the public road, but now the test drivers also took the time to show the – unfortunately – still well-camouflaged GLC.

In this new photo series it becomes immediately clear that the GLC seems to be growing a lot. The nose part in particular looks much bigger and protrudes a lot forward. The back of this regular GLC also stretches a lot further and is especially more rounded than with its more angular predecessor. All extra centimeters should benefit the interior space. Incidentally, it is not a bad choice for Mercedes to grow the GLC, because with the arrival of the 4.63 meter long GLB, it is only a fraction smaller than the current GLC.

As is the case now, we also expect a GLC Coupé. An electric variant is available with the current GLC in the form of the EQC, only Mercedes will put a fully separately developed electric counterpart in that class at the next GLC. Recently, a prototype has already been spotted of what may be that new EQC.
