The world of Decentraland is mainly focused on creating worlds in which trade is central.
It is nice that you can enter the world via the browser and via a desktop app. The first ensures that you have to put in less effort. Plus, exploring the world is made even easier with the option to sign up as a guest user. In that mode, the user data is stored locally.
The first time you enter the world, you make a avatar at. This virtual character represents yourself in the world. You will immediately become acquainted with the trading character of the world: via Collectibles you can further dress up your virtual person and make it stand out from the rest. That collectibles however, are only accessible after saving, collecting or trading them. For those who seriously want to get started in the world, there is a good amount of documentation to be found. For example, virtual lessons are available about trading assets in the world and you can learn how to set up your own world. Via the buildermode lets you create your own world. You start by creating a scene. For a smooth start, you can choose from a collection of predefined scenes.
