Mini Clubman Final Edition

Mini has a whole bunch of new arrivals in the pipeline, including a range of electric models. However, there seems to be no question of the arrival of a new Mini Clubman and that seems to put an end to the Mini-with-extra-back doors. But not before Mini waves the Clubman off with a Final Edition.

Mini introduces a special edition of the Clubman called Final Edition. The name of that performance is only two words long, but it speaks volumes. As far as is known, the Mini Clubman will not receive a successor, so it will soon be over and out for the station wagon with the characteristic two rear doors that provide access to the luggage compartment.

Mini will only produce 1,969 copies of the Clubman Final Edition, a number that refers to the first Mini Clubman that saw the light of day in 1969. 30 copies of the 1.969 Clubmans Final Edition will come to the Netherlands. How do they differ from a regular version?

The Mini Clubman Final Edition will be available as a 136 hp Cooper and a 178 hp Cooper S and is available in the colors Nanuq White, Enigmatic Black and Melting Silver III. The swing-out series is on 18-inch alloys with ‘Final Edition Spoke 2’ design and, like various other details, are finished in the color Shimmer Copper. We see the color in the frame of the grille and in the crossbar in the grille, among other things. In addition, Mini hangs the swing-out version full of badges showing which of the 1,969 Final Editions to be built is the copy.

In the interior we also see the necessary Final Edition inscriptions, including on the door sills and on the leather-covered sports steering wheel and on the sports seats covered with cowhide. In addition, the Final Editions are equipped with almost everything that Mini can deliver on the Countryman.

From July this year, the first of the last Mini Clubman will roll off the production line. Dutch prices will follow in June. In February 2024 it’s about an out for the Countryman. Among other things, Mini comes with a new generation of hatchbacks and there is also an electric version. In addition, Mini comes with a new Countryman, which also comes with an electric drive variant. For 2025, the Mini Aceman is on the roll, a smaller electric crossover.
