With the Roomba Combo i8+, iRobot introduces a new user-friendly way of vacuuming and mopping. With the extra Roomba Combo Bin, the robot can easily be converted from an all-floor vacuum to a hard floor vacuum and mop.
iRobot is a well-known name in the field of robot vacuum cleaners, such as the Robot robot vacuum cleaner Roomba s9 + and Braava jet m6 robot mop. Now iRobot introduces the Roomba Combo i8+ robot vacuum cleaner and mopping robot in the Netherlands. This robot automatically detects the Roomba Combo Bin when it’s time for a combined cleaning. The Roomba Combo i8+ Robot Vacuum and Robot Mopping not only offers 10X the suction power*, but also features the intelligence of iRobot OS that learns your home and routines. This way you can have your cleaning routines carried out entirely in your own way.
Vacuuming or mopping?
With the Roomba Combo i8+ you have two choices. Do you want to have the entire house vacuumed, including rugs and carpets, and mopping is not necessary? Then choose ‘vacuum only’ with the standard collection bin of the Roomba Combo i8+. Could your hard floors use a thorough cleaning? Then place the included Roomba Combo Bin into the robot. The Roomba Combo i8+ now knows when it’s time to both vacuum and mop. The Roomba Combo i8+ can mop up to 55 m². It uses reusable, washable mop pads that last at least 30 times. The Roomba Combo i8+ empties itself into the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal in an AllergenLock bag, so you don’t have to look at the Roomba Combo i8+ for about 60 days.
Smarter cleaning
For intelligent cleaning with iRobot OS, the Roomba Combo i8+ learns your home’s layout by creating Imprint Smart Maps. A task can be started via the iRobot Home app or with a command, if you have a voice assistant** at home. ‘No Mop Zones’ can be set to exclude areas where mopping is not allowed. You can give rooms a name, but also specific places in a room such as “the play corner” or “the sitting area”. For example, you choose that the robot does not mop the carpet during the (vacuuming and) mopping at the couch, but does suck up the popcorn around the couch after a movie night during its cleaning round.

The Roomba Combo i8+ robot vacuum cleaner and mopping robot with Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal is now for sale in the Netherlands for 799 euros via www.irobot.nl and will soon be available at Coolblue and Bol.com. The Roomba Combo i8+ robot vacuum cleaner and robot mop is also available without a Clean Base and costs 599 euros. This is available at the same outlets.
