The fourth, but the third EV
Polestar has a nice lineup of newcomers and you can expect one very soon. We’re talking about the Polestar 4, the brand’s third EV.
Polestar started its sales adventure when it broke free from Volvo with the 1. Although the Polestar car brand would only deal with fully electric cars, the Polestar 1 was really a plug-in hybrid. Later, Polestar kept to its earlier intention. The Polestar 2 that appeared after the 1 was a purebred EV and the Polestar 3 is always an electrically powered model. And what comes after the Polestar 3? Indeed, the Polestar 4. And soon too.
The Polestar 4 will make its public debut on April 18. Despite the fact that the Polestar 4 will also be available in Europe, Polestar will be presenting its latest model to the global public at Auto China. Polestar describes the 4 as a car that “[…] combines the aerodynamics of a coupe with the space of an SUV.” In March we were able to show you a photo of the side view of the Polestar 4. The Polestar 4 should be the manufacturer’s fastest production car. “So far,” says the brand at that.
Polestar has more new models in the pipeline, including the Polestar 5 and 6. The first seems to be a competitor of cars like the Porsche Taycan, the second will be an electric convertible.
