According to various forecasters and old ones science fictionmovies, we would be going from A to B with flying cars around this time. It has not come that far and it remains to be seen whether everyone will be flying in the long run. Yet there are companies that focus on small-scale air transport, such as the Dutch Pal-V. Pal-V’s creation is a ‘flying car’ pure sangthat of SkyDrive (photo above) is more of a cross between a helicopter and a drone, even though it is called a ‘Flying Car’.

Anyway: Suzuki sees bread in it and already invested money in the also Japanese SkyDrive last year. Now there is confirmation that Suzuki and SkyDrive will start production of the Flying Car together. It will start next spring at a Suzuki factory in Shizuoka. In addition to the production location, Suzuki also supplies people who will help SkyDrive. The exact technical specifications of SkyDrive’s ‘flying car’ will undoubtedly become clear in due course.
