Ducati reports best half-year figures ever

Ducati continues to grow, the Italians have achieved the best half-year figures ever. A record 34,976 engines were delivered worldwide in the first six months, a growth of 5% compared to 2022.

After having already achieved a positive result in the first quarter of 2023, Ducati also performed well in the second quarter, although less well than in Q1. At least, in terms of growth rates.

In the first quarter 14,725 engines were delivered worldwide, a plus of 9.5% compared to Q1 2022, where 20,251 engines rolled off the line in the second quarter, which is only a growth of 2.2% compared to Q2 2022. Viewed over the first half of the year, it is a plus of 5.1%.

Italy is and remains the most important market, with 6,639 motorcycles delivered – a growth of 10 percent compared to last year. The United States represents the second market, with 4,505 motorcycles sold – an 11 percent growth. Germany is the third market, where a growth of 13 percent was achieved with 4,217 engines delivered.

The most important model in the Ducati range was and still is the Multistrada V4, of which 6,382 units have been sold in all versions. The second model is the Monster on the list, of which 4,299 have been sold. The Scrambler 800 family takes third place, with 3,581 units.
