The Swipe4Work app is loosely based on well-known dating apps, in which you see different profiles and indicate your interest (or not) with a swipe.

You indicate in which area you are looking for a job. In addition, there is a compact one intake place, in which you reveal more about yourself (such as characteristic features) in a reasonably accessible way. Based on this, Swipe4Work makes a selection of relevant vacancies. These are then presented to you one by one. If you are interested in a presented profile, you can start a dialogue with the sender via a chat conversation and, for example, schedule an introductory meeting. The application is made anonymously. According to the makers, only objective data is shown, including the aforementioned characteristics, but also relevant work experience. This should ensure a fairer process and prevent abuses such as discrimination during the first part of the process. Just like with a personal dating app, you can post multiple vacancies positively swipe. You will only be contacted if you have a positive impression on the potential employer, who will then be responsible for making an appointment. The app meets most of the wishes of the current generation of workers, where writing an old-fashioned application letter and long CV is no longer self-evident.
