Unfortunately for Jeep, the first photos of the electric Wagoneer S recently appeared online too early. Jeep now decides to release photos of the electric SUV itself and immediately shows details of the interior.
Earlier this month, the first photos of the fully electric Jeep Wagoneer S appeared on the internet too early. Jeep has now released a set of pictures of that electric SUV itself. We see the Wagoneer S again from two angles, although Jeep now also gives us a look at the interior of the car.
The Jeep Wagoneer S shares most of its name with the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, but has nothing to do with them at all. For example, the electric Wagoneer S is clearly a size smaller than the pair with combustion engines. Wagoneer S is also on a completely different platform. The new electric SUV contains a variant of the STLA Large platform. The SUV will produce up to 600 hp; the fastest variant should be able to reach 100 km/h from a standstill in just 3.5 seconds.
Jeep Wagoneer S
The Wagoneer S gets a two-panel panoramic glass roof as standard and appears to have an interior littered with screens. We see digital instruments, a wide infotainment screen, a display underneath for, among other things, climate control and we also see a display for the co-driver’s sleeve. Broadly speaking, the interior follows the style of the interior of the (Grand) Wagoneer (L).
Will the Jeep Wagoneer S also come to the Netherlands? That is still not certain, but we would not be surprised if Jeep also markets the SUV here.
