With the help of Screen Time it is possible to gain insight into your app usage. A handy overview shows you which apps you use in a day and how often. You can also check how many notifications you receive in a day.
This information can be useful in limiting notifications. This way you can silence major disruptors and take action. This makes it possible to place notifications directly in the message center without playing a sound/vibration.
Activate screen time
To view the number of notifications received, you must use screen time on your iPhone or iPad. You can enable Screen Time via Settings â–¸ Screen Time. Once the option is enabled, iOS or iPadOS will record which applications you open and how long they are used. In addition, the service goes even further, so you can see per category how much attention you pay to a certain category of apps and even your visited web pages are monitored in Safari.
Check the amount of notifications
Once you’ve used Screen Time for a few days, you can get a good idea of how many notifications you receive in a day. You can check this via the steps below.
