The new Subaru Outback will be at dealerships from May 1. The starting price was already known, now Techzle can already share the prices of the more expensive Field and Comfort versions.
Subaru offers slightly more options with the new Outback. Where the outgoing generation was last only available as Premium, there are now several versions on the price list: the Comfort, Field and Premium. The price of the Comfort was already known, for this entry-level vehicle you have to leave € 58,995 at the Subaru dealer. The Field and the Premium cost € 60,995 and € 65,995 respectively. The price difference between the Premium and the Field is significantly larger than the gap between the Field and the Comfort. Incidentally, the tax authorities are responsible for a considerable part of the price of the new Outback: the bpm amount for all variants is € 20,510 due to the CO2 emissions of 193 grams per kilometer.
Subaru Outback
All variants of the Subaru Outback have a 2.5 four-cylinder boxer engine with 169 hp under the hood, which is linked to the Lineartronic CVT automatic transmission. All variants also have permanent four-wheel drive. The Comfort is already quite rich in its basic equipment with things like 18-inch alloy wheels, LED lighting at the front and rear, keyless entry, separate climate control with two zones, heated front seats and a heated rear seat. You don’t have to have cold hands anymore with the heated steering wheel. For the multimedia, a vertical 11.6-inch touchscreen is standard on board with DAB +, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In terms of safety systems, Subaru EyeSight is always present, which includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Centering Assist, Pre-Collision Braking and Road Sign Recognition, among others.
Field and Premium
The Field is more adventurous with black 18-inch alloy and high-gloss black bumper protectors front and rear. The grille and mirror caps are also glossy black. The Field also has an electrically operated tailgate and aluminum pedals in the interior brighten up the driver’s footwell. The seats are also covered with water-repellent polyurethane, with green stitching on the seats and dashboard providing extra fringe. The Outback Premium comes with additional luxuries such as an electrically operated sliding / tilting roof, nappa leather upholstery, a ‘soft leather’ covered steering wheel, integrated navigation with TomTom maps, Multi View cameras on the front and sides, automatic folding door mirrors with memory function and a comprehensive Harman Kardon audio system with eleven speakers.
