‘AirPods 3 gets a new design, coming later this year’
Bloombergjournalist Mark Gurman writes that the AirPods 3 will get a new design. The earbuds would look more like Apple’s more expensive Pro earbuds. This means that the stems are getting shorter and the charging case would also get a freshening up.
Gurman is one of Apple’s best-known journalists and generally knowledgeable. He claims the company will release the wireless earphones later this year. He leaves a specific date in the middle.
The Bloomberg journalist also has news about the next generation of AirPods Pro. Apple’s most expensive earbuds were supposed to be released this year, but due to production issues, they have been pushed back to next year, Gurman said.
Rumor: Fitness tracker for AirPods Pro 2
The AirPods Pro 2 would get special fitness trackers. These sensors register your movements and therefore know exactly how you move and at what speed. Gurman claims that the fitness trackers will be used for all kinds of health purposes, but currently has no concrete examples.
