Dacia expands the range of both Logan MCV and Sandero with TCe engines. The blown petrol blocks return after the TCe 100 Bi-Fuel was briefly the only engine version.
Earlier this year, Dacia released the new 1.0 TCe Eco-G engine for its models, including the Logan MCV and the Sandero. This machine, which is indicated on the price list as 1.0 TCe Bi-Fuel, can handle both petrol and LPG (LPG). This potentially interesting machine from a cost point of view was briefly the only available power source for the Romanian pair, as Dacia removed the turbo-free SCe 75 and TCe 90 from the Sandero price list and the Logan also had to do without TCe 90. That is now changing.
The Logan MCV, Sandero and its Stepways variants are available immediately with two ‘regular’ petrol engines. The 90 hp and 140 Nm strong TCe 90 returns, but is only available in combination with the Easy-R automatic. Prefer just a manual five-speed gearbox? Then Dacia treats you to the TCe 100, the more modern 100 hp and 160 Nm strong blown 1.0 three-cylinder that Renault hangs in the youngest Clio, among others.
With the TCe 90 coupled to the Easy-R machine, the Logan MCV and Logan MCV Stepway sprint to 100 km / h in 10.7 and 10.5 respectively. The Sandero and Sandero Stepway take just as long over that sprint. With the TCe 100, both the Logan MCV (Stepway) and the Sandero (Stepway) take a few tenths longer to get the speedometer at 100 km / h.
Prices
The Logan MCV with TCe 100 under the hood changes as Essential from € 13,530 from owner. Prefer the Comfort version? Then count on a price tag of € 15,030. The TCe 90 Easy-R is only available in combination with this Comfort version and costs € 16,530. The Logan MCV Stepway has only one version for both the TCe 100 and the TCe 90 Easy-R: the Série Limitée 15th Anniversary. They cost € 17,630 and € 18,930 respectively. The TCe 100 Bi-Fuel (LPG) remains the cheapest engine version to purchase with the Logan MCV (€ 13,030) and Logan MCV Stepway (€ 17,130).
The Sandero TCe 100 is, just like the TCe 90 Easy-R and the LPG variant, only available in the Comfort version. The TCe 100 has a starting price of € 14,230 while Dacia asks € 15,330 for the TCe Easy-R. Prefer the more excitingly dressed Sandero Stepway? Here too, the Stepway variant is only available in the Série Limitée 15th Anniversary version. The TCe 100 is from € 16,930 in the Sandero Stepway while the TCe 90 Easy-R is charged a starting price of € 18,030. Here, too, the Bi-Fuel option is still the cheapest engine version. You can order immediately.
