The Google administration console allows you to find out which apps are using your data and possibly remove their access to your account.
Some apps allow you to log in with your Google ID and password. You have to be vigilant because this then gives them access to information in your account. Here’s how to see which apps are affected and take action:
- In your web browser, sign in to your Google account, for example with Gmail. Click on your account icon, then on the button My account.

- Then click on Applications with access to my account in the section Connection and security.

- Then click on Manage applications.

- You then have access to the list of applications and you can click on each of them to display its rights.

- If you find an app suspicious, or you no longer use it, click the button Remove access. Be careful because it will no longer be possible to connect to the app with your Google settings. If you change your mind, you will need to re-authorize it to access your Gmail account.
