Google has just added a new feature to the Play Store thanks to which it is possible to define a monthly budget not to be exceeded.
Do you frequently buy content from the Play Store without really paying attention to how much you spend? At the end of the month, the addition of all those small sums that you spend to buy an application, acquire an ebook or rent a movie can climb very quickly.
To avoid unpleasant surprises, Google has just added a feature in its Play Store to configure a budget not to be exceeded. Defined monthly, this maximum budget is reset to zero at the start of each month and cannot be below one euro.
1. Access your purchase history
From your Android smartphone, open the Play Store and deploy the main menu. Access your Account details, then enter your Purchase History.
2. Set a budget
Once in your purchase history, tap Set budget. The amount defined cannot be less than one euro and must be whole. Confirm by pressing Save.
3. Modify or delete the budget
Convenient to avoid unpleasant surprises, creating a budget in the Play Store will also prevent your offspring from buying content without counting.
Depending on your needs, you can Modify or Delete the defined budget directly from your purchase history.
