Turn off the continuity feature that allows you to take or make calls from iPhone from your Mac so you won’t be disturbed while you work.
If you have an iPhone and a Mac, there’s a good chance your phone calls will ring on both devices. Connected to the same iCloud account and the same Wi-Fi network, your Mac can indeed take over calls received on your iPhone, so you don’t have to switch from one device to another.
This feature may be very handy, but it can also be quite a pain when you are focused on a task that the iPhone call notification sounds on your Mac.
If it is possible to temporarily block calls from iPhone to Mac by activating the function Do not disturb, you can also choose to simply turn off iPhone calls on macOS. There are two ways to do this. Here they are.

1. From iPhone
To prevent calls received on your iPhone from arriving on your Mac, open iOS Settings, enter the Phone menu, then in the Calls section, go to the On other devices menu.
You can choose to deactivate iPhone call authorization on the affected device, or completely deactivate Calls on other devices. Once this option is deselected, calls received on iPhone will no longer display on your Mac.
2. From macOS
It’s also possible to mute iPhone calls on your Mac right in macOS.
To do this, open the FaceTime application, and go to the application’s Preferences using the command + keyboard shortcut, or by clicking on the FaceTime> Preferences menu.
In the window that opens, in the Settings tab, uncheck the Calls from iPhone option.
You should now be relaxed and no longer disturbed by your iPhone while working on your Mac.
