The latest updates to iOS, iPadOS, and macOS Catalina offer the ability to delete the history of voice assistant requests and prevent Apple from listening to your requests.
At the end of July, Apple was pinned for playing conversations with Siri through human ears. The Californian firm, which had recognized its wrongs and apologized, unveiled a few days ago, in the beta version of iOS 13.2, a function to erase the history of conversations with Siri and the voice dictation function, thing which was not possible until now.
The stable version of iOS 13.2, which allows you to delete Siri history, is now officially available. Tim Cook’s company has also integrated the functionality into iPadOS 13.2, watchOS 6.1, tvOS 13.2, and macOS Catalina 10.15.1.
1. Update your device
To take advantage of the feature to delete your Siri history, first update your device to the latest version of its dedicated operating system.
On the iPhone for example, open Settings then in General, go to Software Update to Download and install the latest version of iOS 13.

2. Access Siri options
On iPhone and iPad, open Settings, enter Siri menu and search then Siri & Dictation History. Tap Clear Siri & Dictation History to clear your interactions with Siri and voice dictation.

From an Apple Watch, open Settings, enter the Siri menu, then in Siri & Dictation History tap Delete Siri & Dictation History.
On Apple TV, go to Settings, go to General and then to Siri History where you will find the option to Delete Siri and Dictation History.
To delete Siri history from a HomePod, open the Home app and go to Settings on your HomePod. Enter Siri History and tap Delete Siri History.
Finally, on macOS Catalina, open System Preferences, enter the Siri menu and click on Delete Siri and Dictation History.
3. Prevent Apple from listening to your requests
In addition, it is possible to prevent Apple from listening to the requests that you make to Siri. To do this, open Settings, go to the Privacy menu and then, at the bottom of the page, enter Analysis and improvements.

Make sure the Improve Siri and Dictation option is unchecked to prevent your conversations with Siri from being sent to Apple’s servers.
