
Clear the suggestions displayed by autofill in the form fields of your web browser.
Over time, your web browser saves what you type in form fields and other search fields, and suggests them to you later to save you time.
Unfortunately, in a rush, it sometimes happens that you validate some wrong information or make a typo. If this can be corrected at the time, the autofill module remembers what you have entered and automatically suggests them to you each time you are in an entry field, which can very quickly become annoying.
This autofill history can, however, be deleted quite simply on Google Chrome as it is on Firefox.
On Firefox
To remove items from autofill, Firefox offers two options: remove all or clear annoying suggestions only.
To individually delete the elements present in the autocomplete history, click on the form field then, using the down directional arrow on your keyboard, highlight the element to be deleted and press the Delete key on your keyboard. your keyboard.
To delete everything, dthen check all options exceptHistory of forms and searches, and click Clear now

All items suggested by autofill in the forms should be deleted. Be careful, however, this manipulation also deletes the history of searches carried out in the address bar.
On Google chrome
Like Firefox, Google Chrome allows you to individually delete each entry in the autocomplete history. To do this, highlight one of the suggestions and use the Shift + Delete key combination. It is also possible to modify the automatic entry elements of means of payment and addresses.
To modify this data individually, open the main menu of Chrome and enter Settings.

Then click on Payment methods or Addresses and more to view the saved information that the browser can automatically suggest. You can choose to delete or modify them by clicking on the options button represented by the three small dots at the end of each element.

You can also choose to delete all of the entries saved in the autofill suggestions. To do this, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del then, in the window that appears, go to the Advanced settings tab. Check the Autofill data option and uncheck all others. Click on Clear data to validate the deletion of the autofill history

Any suggestions that Google Chrome automatically displays when you click on a form should be gone.
