The new travel certificates are now available for download. As a reminder, you only need it if you have to leave the department where you live and travel more than 100 km.
The Ministry of the Interior has published the new documents necessary (digital and paper format) for the movement of individuals over long distances in this period of progressive deconfinement (excluding recurring and compulsory professional travel). You will find them for free download below and on the official website of the Ministry of the Interior.

As explained a few days ago by the authorities, the certificate is only to be completed if you have to travel more than 100 kilometers from your home and / or if you are planning a trip outside your department of residence. If you live 20 km from another department and plan to go there, for example, the certificate will need to be completed.

In addition to this official document, the Ministry asks travelers to bring a proof of address (rent receipt, electricity bill, identity document showing the correct address, etc.) of less than one year as well as a document specifying the reason for your trip, drawn up by the sponsor. A medical summons, an employer’s certificate, a letter from a retirement home, etc. are valid and must be presented in addition to the other two documents, during a possible check by the police.
