Google email now allows you to configure multiple signatures on the same address. Configure several signature templates depending on your recipients.
A few weeks ago, Google announced that it wanted to integrate the possibility of configuring several signatures for the same Gmail address. This is now done since the functionality is being deployed to all mail users.
You can now configure several signatures depending on the messages you need to send, but also the recipients to whom they are addressed. Here’s how to create multiple email signatures on your Gmail account.
1. Go to Settings
Open your Gmail mailbox, and click on the cogwheel icon to access the Mailbox Settings.

2. Create your first signature
From the General tab, scroll through the options displayed until you reach the section dedicated to Signatures.

Click the Create button to configure your first signature, name it and click Create.

In the text field displayed on the right, fill in the elements of your signature.
Once all the information has been entered, save your signature by clicking on the Save changes button displayed at the bottom of the page.

3. Create additional signatures
Go back to the General tab of the Settings of your box, in the section dedicated to signatures. You should normally be able to create additional signatures by clicking the Create button.

Repeat the operation as many times as necessary to create the different signatures you need.

When writing a new message, you can select one of your signatures by clicking on the Insert signature button shown by a pen.
