France is entering a state of health emergency this evening. In this context, the government is implementing a curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. However, outings are still authorized for certain exceptions, on condition that a travel certificate is completed. Here’s how to get it.
The health situation has continued to deteriorate in recent days, pushing the government to declare a state of health emergency throughout the territory. From midnight tonight, Île-de-France and eight major metropolises (Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Aix Marseille, Saint-Étienne, Rouen, Montpellier and Toulouse) will be under a curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. in the morning for a period of at least four weeks.
Outings during this time slot are therefore officially prohibited. However, the Government provides for several exceptions. People who have to go out for health reasons (travel to the doctor, to the on-call pharmacy, to the hospital), for professional reasons, to help a loved one in a situation of dependency, for transport reasons (train or plane ticket as proof), or for take out a pet, will be able to go out during the curfew, provided that a travel certificate is completed, as during confinement.

People who leave without a valid reason for the duration of the curfew will be subject to a fine of 135 euros, up to 3,750 euros in the event of a repeat offense.
The derogatory certificate can be done in several ways: directly online, from a smartphone and on free paper, using the documents posted online as a model.
