Huawei today announced Sound Joy, its first portable speaker co-developed with Devialet. It is a compact, stylish and portable speaker designed for everyday use. The new woven fabric design even offers dust and water resistance with IP67 rating and a non-slip surface, making it strong and durable. In addition, the built-in battery has a large capacity that supports up to 26 hours of playback and supports fast charging.

The Huawei Sound Joy was developed by Huawei and audio brand Devialet. For example, the Devialet SAM technology is used for better audio with minimal distortions. The iconic Push-Push passive radiator features two diaphragms placed back to back to compensate for sound waves for clear and distortion-free sound, even at high volumes. The Huawei Sound Joy also uses a 2-way speaker system for loud high frequencies and deep bass at high volume. It contains a tweeter and a speaker unit specifically for mid and bass and combined they produce a clear sound.
With a height of 202 mm, a diameter of 73 mm and a weight of 680 grams, the Huawei Sound Joy is easy to carry.

The Huawei Sound Joy has a collection of smart functions, such as the Shake Stereo Link Up function: for stereo sound, simply shake the Huawei Sound Joy to automatically pair them with a second Sound Joy. Thanks to One-Touch Transfer, you can effortlessly switch songs by tapping your phone on the Huawei Sound Joy. By pressing the Voice Assistant button, users can send requests to the voice assistant on their smartphone or tablet, even if it is not a Huawei device, which makes the Huawei Sound Joy a smart assistant.
The way users can control playback and sound volume has also been made smarter.
